I know what it feels like to carry the invisible weight of chronic stress and inner pressure. I offer 50-minute individual therapy sessions via secure video or phone. Sessions are available weekly or bi-weekly and are designed to meet you where you are—whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of holding it all together.

I most often work with women navigating high-functioning anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and self-doubt. If you’re looking for therapy that’s warm, nonjudgmental, and rooted in real tools, I’d love to support you.
