I provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can explore these challenges, feel truly heard, and begin creating the changes you’ve been longing for.

I know what it feels like to carry the invisible weight of chronic stress and inner pressure. That tight grip of perfectionism, the racing thoughts, the paralysis of procrastination, and the constant second-guessing can make everyday life feel exhausting. But beneath all of that, there’s often more—old patterns, unmet needs, and unspoken fears—that are just waiting to be understood and healed. That’s why I’m so passionate about this work. I don’t just treat symptoms—I help you get to the root of what’s really going on.

Individual Therapy for Women in Minnesota

I offer 50-minute individual therapy sessions via secure video or phone. Sessions are available weekly or bi-weekly and are designed to meet you where you are—whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of holding it all together.

I most often work with women navigating high-functioning anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and self-doubt. If you’re looking for therapy that’s warm, nonjudgmental, and rooted in real tools, I’d love to support you!

Please note: All sessions are 100% online and available to residents across the state of Minnesota. I do not offer in-person therapy at this time.​

  • 50-minute intake session: $205

  • 50-minute follow-up sessions: $155

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with less than 24 business hours’ notice (M–F) will be charged the full session fee.
